Ingredients:
- Mint – 1 bunch
 - Cilantro – 1 bunch
 - Onion – 1 medium
 - Green chilies – 1 or acc. to taste
 - Lemon juice 1/4 cup
 - Salt – 1tsp or acc. to taste
 - Ginger – 1"
 - Garlic – 2-3 cloves
 - Sugar – 1 – 2 tsp
 - Tomato – 1 medium size
 
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or a food processor.
 - Serve with shashliks, kebobs, or any savory item.
